KDD's services relating to maintenance of the dematerialised securities register and providing data on holders and beneficiaries to profits (insight into the shareholders' register or register of nominal securities) are described in greater detail in a document designed for issuers, which is available upon request.

As of 30. 9. 2006 KDD provides data from registers of dematerialised nominal securities, which are sent to issuers once a month, exclusively through secure internet sites.

Secure sites are designed so that they may only be accessed by authorised persons designated by issuers with the help of a password assigned to the respective issuer by KDD. KDD makes sure that the secure internet site is always uploaded with the appropriate data (upon monthly provision of data, the data refers to the status on the last business day of the past month).
In order to raise the level of quality of operations and introducing data transfer through secure websites as a general business standard, KDD has cancelled its charges for monthly data updates.
