KDD shall address any data on holders and beneficiaries to profits, which the respective issuer should request, to the issuer's authorised agent, i.e. the person stated by the issuer as its contact person in the initial submission of data on issuers. If the said issuer should want to change its registered contact, it should do so by notifying KDD in writing.

Requests shall be submitted in writing and sent:

• Or by fax to: 01 307 35 07 or 08.
