Regulations

The Central Securities Clearing Corporation's regulations govern implementing procedures and detailed methods and deadlines for specific activities which KDD, its members, issuers or other entities are obliged to carry out pursuant to KDD's Operations Rules, as well as other issues concerning implementation of these Rules as regards:

  • Membership,
  • Maintenance of the central registry,
  • Settlement stock exchange transactions,
  • Procedures relating to takeover bids pursuant to the Takeovers Act and
  • Consolidated depositary of securities, issued as written documents. 
  • Regulations allow KDD to determine terms of performing individual types of other services. 

Technical Regulations of Clearing and Depository Corporation

The technical regulations of the Central Securities Clearing Corporation set out the technical terms which must be met by users of its services with regard to its communication, software and other equipment in order to ensure proper operation of services performed on their behalf by KDD. These regulations also set out the form and manner of electronic data transmission which KDD provides to its users while rendering its services and vice versa.
