Davor Pavič, MSc, was appointed Member of the Management Board and COO by the KDD Board of Directors on January 11, 2005 for a five year term of office. Due to his contribution to a sucessful management of the company and its on-going integration in the European settlement infrastructure, the KDD Board of Directors appointed him for another term of six years in April 2009.
Davor Pavič has been employed with KDD since 1999. He has been in charge of risk analyses and risk management control, related to stock exchange trade settlement system first as Risk Analyst and later as Head of Project of System Implementation in Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Republic of Srpska. He was also actively involved in the project of implementation of safe and effective settlement systems for foreign institutions such as the central registers of Bahrain, Jordan and Albania.
From January 2004 to June 2005 he had been monitoring and operatively leading the project of implementation of the new KDD central registry system which was successfully introduced in June 2005. In 2006, he was an active member of the Slovenian national group, led by Slovenian central bank, on introduction of EURO.
He is actively participating in international organisations such as ECB, ECSDA, CPSS, ISSA…. He is a member of T2S Advisory Group of the European Central Bank.
