Holders who are natural persons may receive their annual account balance statement as of 31 December free of charge throughout the following year in any of the following manners:

• By mail to your permanent address.
  To receive your annual account balance statement by mail to your permanent address, please, do one of the following:
   
  • enter your identification in an interactive web form or
  • send us a mail at: KDD d.o.o., Tivolska cesta 48, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia*. Please use the following form: 
  • Application for excerpt on status on holder's account
• By mail to a different address than your permanent address.
• By personal collection at the KDD premises on the 4th floor of the Eurocenter office building during business hours for clients. Please, have with you your identification document.
   

Annual balance statements are free of charge irrespective of the selected method of delivery or receipt.

Legal entities shall continue to receive the annual balance statement by mail as accustomed.
