Holder's orders and instructions concerning movements on a securities account are entered by a registry member who maintains holder's securities account.

A holder is entitled to change the designated registry member by

• Selecting a new registry member and entereing into an agreement to open and maintain a securities account,
• Giving the current registry member an order to transfer securities to the newly opened account with the newly selected registry member.
