Dereliction of Securities
Unencumbered securities, which their holder no longer wishes to hold, may be derelict.
Dereliction of securities represents an irrevocable and permanent waiver of securities and any rights arising therefrom.
Dereliction shall be achieved by transferring the securities in debit of holder's account and in credit of dereliction account.
Should prior to dereliction securities be credited to an account maintained by a KDD member, the holder shall contact such KDD member in order to effectuate the dereliction.
Should prior to dereliction securities be credited to a terminated registry account (an account not maintained by a KDD member), the holder shall file a corresponding request with KDD in order to effectuate the dereliction. The request shall be in standard KDD form.
