The Republic of Slovenia offers a possibility of early redemption of sovereign notes RS73 and RS83. Each Noteholder wishing to be considered for an early redemption should contact the respective KDD system member for detailed terms and conditions regarding the participation in the transaction. The entire Tender Offer Memorandum (TOM) prepared by the Republic of Slovenia is also available through KDD.
